SMC's robust round slide clamp unit is a long serving tried and tested design. The circular profile of the slides spreads the load over a large surface area of the bearing which prolongs bearing life.

The chassis consist of woven laminated bearings which are with either fitted to the slides or bars.

These units can be supplied with any mounting arrangement including JCB quick hitch intergrated into the back mounting.

The standardised pitch of holes enable us to supply this unit with an enrmous number of arm types which enable the unit to be used in completely differnet undustries and handling applications.

The unit can be supplied with a sideshifting valve (sideshift through the cylinders)

The opening ranges can be specified to your requirements if our standard range doesn't achieve your requirement.

These units can be manufactured completely in stainless steel.
